Start from the problem instead
You want strategic consulting if you need a formal, written strategy your organisation can be held to. You want a strategy session if you need the thinking fast, in the room, with the team who’ll have to run it — and you’re happy to formalise it yourselves afterwards.
In-house training, customised to your organisation and worked live on your own sponsorships. If they mostly need someone to check their thinking as they go, coaching is cheaper and better fitted.
Sponsorship systems design. Generic edicts don’t work — you need a set of immutable fundamentals plus specific tools and skills adapted for each stakeholder group.
The Advanced Leverage & Measurement Workshop. You invite all your sponsors, they bring their teams, and they leave with a draft leverage plan for their own sponsorship. Or partner training if you want something shorter.
Downturn consulting. Culling the dead wood is fraught — internal politics, arbitrary targets, multi-year contracts — and the portfolio still has to deliver afterwards.
Keynote speaking. Bespoke every time, never a pitch, with pre- or post-conference workshops available if you want to drive more revenue from the event.
Expert witness and advisory work — ambush marketing, exclusivity, disrepute, breach of contract, termination, rights fee allocation.
Start with the free white papers, then the books, then online training if you want the full program with exercises and live Q&A.
Proof
Thirty years of this
Kim introduced us to the Win-Win-Win principle that I believe is a true game changer in how to approach sponsorship in any company, within any sector. Since working with Kim we have seen a significant decrease in verbal/brand slap deals of old and an increase in next level best practice sponsorship.
Kim delivered deep, practical knowledge that truly resonated with our needs. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive — everyone left feeling more empowered, informed, and inspired than when they arrived.
She brought great enthusiasm and presented extremely relevant material, and case studies with practical examples of how to modernize our sponsorship program successfully. An engaging speaker who captivated the audience right from the start.
Still not sure? Just describe the problem.
Two paragraphs is plenty. I’ll tell you which of these fits, roughly what it involves, and whether it’s worth your money — including when the answer is “read the free stuff first”.
